Facility Requirements
We are happy to say that X02 is one of the safest bedliner products out there. This means you will not be limited to applying it in a certified spray booth. However, as with any other spray, airborne particles will still be present while using X02. Because of this, you will need to create a segregated area that has the proper ventilation measures in place. We recommend a powered exhaust fan that can filter the air and change it four times per hour.
Note: even though our truck bedliner spray on product is completely safe, it is always a good idea to check with your local and state officials for individual rules and regulations, just in case!
Here are a few other items you’ll want to have on hand:
- -Dual cartridge painter’s respirator with chemical cartridges – available at your local hardware store or paint store.
- -Air Compressor – 17.5 cfm or more @ 90 PSI
- -Mini Hopper – allows you to apply spray in tighter, hard-to-reach areas
- -Eye protection
- -Protective Gloves – latex or rubber
- -Painters Suits
- -Masking materials – ¾ inch & 2 inch tape, paper rolls, plastic rolls
- -Miscellaneous tools – screwdriver, crescent wrench, pliers, and a variable speed drill to mix with.
