He was big and boisterous, and we long sought to get rid of him by any means necessary. No, we’re not talking about any of our employees. This annoying partner was the air compressor. Air compressors are great for many uses, but the constant noise they produce can aggravate even the most patient person. We took this into consideration and went back to the drawing board in order to bring you a product we could be proud of, that didn’t wake the dead.

Through countless brainstorm sessions, we mapped out how we could take the air compressor out of the picture while improving the application technique for X02. With help from Wagner SprayTech, the team at Scorpion came up with the revolutionary Scorpion Electric Bed Liner Spray Gun, the EG570.

The EG570 allowed us to contribute to the evolution of DIY truck bed liners as well as make it easier for dealers to apply our spray-on bedliner. Everything about this electric spray gun is customized to the process of applying a Scorpion bed liner, with as little noise possible. We thought long and hard about the features we wanted to add and came up with what we see as those that will be most advantageous to our customers:
